1. What Surfbookie Is

Surfbookie is a technology platform that provides booking and operations software to surf schools. When you book a surf lesson through a Surfbookie-powered page, your booking is with the surf school directly — not with Surfbookie. Surfbookie acts solely as a technology intermediary.

2. Our Role

Surfbookie facilitates the booking transaction and coordinates communications on behalf of the surf school. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, or conduct of surf lessons, instructors, or equipment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Surfbookie does not store your payment information. A service fee is included in the total price displayed at checkout.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are set independently by each surf school. Please contact your surf school directly for any refund requests.

5. Assumption of Risk

Surfing is an ocean sport that carries inherent physical risk. By booking through a Surfbookie-powered page, you acknowledge awareness of this risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Surfbookie bears no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from surf activities.

6. SMS Communications

By opting in at the time of booking, you consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages related to your booking from the surf school you booked with, facilitated by Surfbookie. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Surfbookie-powered booking pages constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
